Refund policy

At IGA-Rent, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We ensure that all containers are delivered in perfect condition. If the equipment provided does not meet the following requirements, the customer will be entitled to a refund:

Container Access:
Both container doors must be fully operational. If, due to a malfunction, one or both doors do not open properly, the customer may request a refund.

Internal Conditions:
The container must be in perfect condition, with no leaks caused by weather conditions. If any leaks are detected at the time of delivery, the customer may request a refund.
